River’s Edge Home Center was purchased in 2014 by Gianna and Lou Milardo. What began as a tiny store has transformed into a state-of-the-art 4,000 sq. ft showroom, nestled along the scenic Connecticut River in Haddam (by the East Haddam Swing Bridge). The showroom is filled with Kitchen Cabinets by some of the top leaders in the industry, Bathroom Vanities, Porcelain Tile, Carpet, Hardwood, LVP (Waterproof Flooring), and Rolled Goods. Thanks to their loyal customers, the business has grown steadily, Gianna and Lou brought their son Louie Jr. on board in 2019, and they are happy to have their daughter Jourdan work part-time with the team throughout the summer. The team also includes an on-site Kitchen/Bath Designer and Flooring Specialists.
